If someone’s behaviour is hurting you, you deserve support that feels safe, clear, and on your terms. This page shares services, resources, and learning options that can help you understand what you’re experiencing, explore next steps, and find support in your community. Lived Experience Advocacy Program (LEAP)

LEAP offers structured learning and support for survivors of intimate partner violence. Some programs are self-paced, and some are facilitated. You can start small and move at your own pace.
