OVERVIEW
A Connected Hub for Connected Care
Intimate partner violence can leave people trying to stay safe, find help, and keep life moving inside systems that feel fragmented and hard to navigate. Mhaven is a multi-component, digital-first initiative that brings intimate partner violence supports, mental health care, and lived-experience insights into one coordinated ecosystem, so people and providers can work together instead of alone.
WHAT WE DO
Understanding Intimate Partner Violence & Mental Health
Intimate partner violence can affect anyone, and its impact often shows up as stress, fear, depression, anxiety, sleep issues, or feeling numb, among others. Mhaven connects research and real-world supports to help you recognize patterns of harm, understand what you’re feeling, and explore next steps that fit your situation, on your terms.
HOW WE SUPPORT
Mhaven Connects People to Resources, Services & More, All in One Place
Mhaven’s vision is to be a centralized, sustainable, and scalable hub delivering mental health support and resources for survivors, supporters, people seeking to change their behaviour, mental health professionals, and the public.
The initiative connects education, early intervention, and service navigation so people can find coordinated, culturally safe, trauma- and violence-informed support across hospital and community settings.
